With over 15 years in the corporate and government technology sectors, I’m platform and tool agnostic and quickly adapt to new environments. I thrive on finding clarity among the chaos to achieve human-centered solutions that span digital, physical, and service touchpoints.
Improving a user’s experience isn’t just about usability — it’s a business advantage. Investing in the experience of your company’s touchpoints and channels always pays off, whether through immediate results or long-term strategic benefits.
I started at a small new media company during the height of the interactive CD-ROM era, before moving into web development at a premier Fortune 500 technology integrator. During my first decade there, I helped shape the company's Section 508 remediation strategy and advanced to a management role in Creative Services, where I led initiatives improving accessibility and design for government websites.
In the mid-2010s, I joined the company's Marketing and Communications team, driving large-scale internal projects and eventually establishing its User Experience practice. In that role, I oversaw the UX research and design for enterprise-wide initiatives, including improvements to business strategy and event planning, as well as an extensive modernization of the corporate intranet.
At every stage of my journey I have been dedicated to creating meaningful impact and delivering measurable results.
Outside of work, my wife and I stay busy raising our five children, and have embraced a parenting approach inspired by Agile principles. Blessed with a large extended family and many meaningful friendships, we love exploring history, culture, and the great outdoors whenever we can.
